We have part-time positions available for Care Assistants supporting our clients at our beautiful Toowoomba Aged Care Facility. Our facility features a state-of-the-art design, making the most of its tranquil semi-rural setting with spectacular valley views, surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens with walking paths.

**Your Role**

As a Care Assistant you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

- Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
- Assisting clients to develop skills to encourage their independence
- Attending to clients' personal care needs, including showering, dressing and other daily activities
- Assisting clients with their medication requirements
- Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our clients' care

- The flexibility to work a varied roster, including morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts

**How You'll Benefit**

You'll become part of the Ozcare family, and in addition to the training and support that you would expect, you will also receive:

**Role Requirements**
- Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or Home & Community Care or willingness to obtain _(prior experience in a direct care role will also be considered) _
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates or willingness to obtain
- Good computer and mobile device skills
