**About the Role**

Reporting to the Talent Manager | Retail Brands, this role will partner with key senior business leaders for the portfolio in delivering innovative talent solutions as well as data and insights to inform the talent strategy. This role will hire, lead, coach and support a team of experienced recruiters to successfully deliver on hiring goals of the volume portfolio (Approx 8,000 hires per year).

Responsibilities include:

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Talent Partners, Talent Advisors & Coordinators
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, events and campaigns to generate awareness of the portfolio and wider Endeavour brand with the aim of attracting top talent
- Partner with business leaders and People teams to understand their requirements, providing influence and consultation on talent acquisition strategies, priority pipelines, challenges and solutions
- Create and deliver talent solutions, including strengthening external talent pipelines, designing and executing internal mobility, social media and brand initiatives
- Leverage data from a range of internal and external sources to share current trends, insights and market intelligence with the HR business partners and leadership team
- Negotiate vendor agreements and manage relationships with contingency and retained search firms to ensure cost effective partnerships
- Management of internal and external recruiting resources, including requisition review and workload prioritisation
- Lead and coordinate project based activities such as bulk recruitment, social media, best practice initiatives, streamlining processes, pipelining mapping and building the Endeavour Group talent brand.

**About You**
- Past experience and proven success leading a full life cycle talent acquisition function within a volume environment
- A data driven, flexible leader who is able to drive results and outcomes in an ambiguous, fast paced environment
- Proven track record of success in the design and execution of talent acquisition programs
- Results-oriented and demonstrates a high level of ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes
- A strong collaborative leadership style with ability to gain and hold the trust of senior level executives and management
- Experience in employee branding and marketing campaigns utilising various channels
