**Lounge Repair Guys** is looking for a motivated and skilled individual to take on a hands-on role, repairing and maintaining furniture on-site for our valued clients. If you enjoy working independently and are seeking a career that’s enriching and diverse—where no two days are ever the same—this could be for you.
**The Role**
- Inspect furniture on-site to identify damage or defects.
- Perform high-quality furniture repairs and general maintenance.
- Create detailed reports for all inspections and repairs.
- Deliver excellent customer service to every client.
- Travel to multiple locations daily using a company vehicle.
**The Responsibilities**
- Approach and execute all tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Be punctual with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Maintain the company vehicle, tools, and equipment with care.
- Work independently or as part of a team, when required.
**The Requirements**
- Ability to lift heavy furniture regularly.
- Willingness to travel regionally for work, occasionally.
**Bonus Points**
- Experience in a similar role or the furniture industry.
- Face-to-face customer service experience.
- Skilled in using hand tools, machinery, or with a mechanical mindset.
- Practical experience in hands-on work like repairs, maintenance, assembly, upholstery, or sewing.
- Note: While the above experience is valued, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn._
