**Studio Manager - Position Description**

At STRONG Miranda we are on the hunt for a rockstar Studio Manager. We are looking for a full time OR part time manager with fitness experience (preferred but not essential) who is self-motivated, driven and community focused.

**Responsibilities**:
**STUDIO & COMMUNITY**
- Be the face of STRONG Miranda
- Be a warm and welcoming presence for when clients arrive, show them around and make them feel welcome
- Take pride in the studio and ensure your team of instructors follows your lead
- Basic upkeep and daily cleaning of the studio including washing and towel rolling of our signature Eucalyptus towels
- Ability to develop STRONG relationships with clients

**ADMIN/ MANAGEMENT**
- Manage all aspects of sales from nurturing new clients to membership conversion and beyond
- Assist in proactive strategies in relation to marketing, training and staff development
- HAPANA management including class scheduling, member suspensions, new client activations
- Staff rostering and general communication with your team
- Basic marketing for the studio including sending our EDM newsletters
- Show leadership and initiative and be a leader for your team

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Prior management experience essential
- Prior sales experience desired
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to motivate clients
- Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients
- Ability to develop STRONG relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Passion, enthusiasm & genuine motivation towards wanting to improve the lives of others
- Excellent attention to detail

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous management experience essential
- Previous studio management experience (desired)
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willing to get them)
- A glowing personality and a commanding presence

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
