Are you an experienced customer service professional who thrives working in a fast paced environment and are passionate about promoting a positive corporate image through fantastic customer service? If you answered yes, then we have a great opportunity for you to join our dedicated Customer Relations team
The Customer Relations Officer is the first point of contact for our community, and is responsible for providing effective and professional customer service over the phone and front counter. This key role will require you to utilise your strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and really understand their needs to provide accurate information in a timely manner.

**Remuneration**:
$63,952 - $74,050 per annum plus superannuation

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you need a Certificate III in Customer Service or relevant experience, along with four years in a high-volume customer service environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional service are essential, as is the ability to multitask and resolve issues effectively.
