**Your New Role**

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported, and empowered, within their own homes and communities. We are seeking Personal Care Workers who are from **South East Melbourne **living and wanting to work in **South Yarra, Armadale, Caulfiled, Bentleigh, Springvale, Keysborough, Prahran, St Kilda, Moorabbin, Mentone, Dandong **and surrounding suburbs**.**

We have opportunities available for experienced **Personal Care Workers** on a Permanent Part-time basis.

**What does your new role look like?**

Performing personal care tasks in line with the clients care plan including but not limited to:

- Assisted daily living duties such as showering, toileting and grooming
- Medication and mobility assistance
- Skin care
- Social support, transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
- Domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, feeding and meal preparation

**Does this sound like you?**
- Completed at minimum a Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability Certificate or completed 1 year of a Nursing Degree and/or
- 1 year + experience in a similar role
- Flexibility and availability to work rosters between Monday to Friday (**daytime **hours only)
- A current **Australian** Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable, well presented, comprehensively insured vehicle
- All Australian Unity employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19
- INDS_
