We are currently seeking a
**Resort Manager** to oversee the day to day operations of this small resort located in the stunning Coral Coast Region of Western Australia.

The property features onsite guest accommodation and food & beverage facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality manager who enjoys working alongside their team.

Escape the hustle & bustle of the city to this beautiful part of Australia which offers a unique combination of wildlife, flora and stunning scenery unlike that found anywhere else. Enjoy a laid back lifestyle outside of work by the ocean. The Coral Coast offers beautiful beaches, snorkelling, scuba diving and fantastic fishing.

**Immediate Start**

**Package**:

- $80,000 Salary
- FREE Accommodation
- Use of company Car

**Duties**:

- Answering the the company director this role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the venue
- Management, recruitment, rostering and training of onsite staff (15-18 in Peak)(10 in off peak)
- Managing all marketing for the venue including social media marketing
- Balance of tills, safe counts, banking and cash handling
- Planning entertainment for the venue
- Assist with menu planning, costings
- Monitoring of wage costs, profit and loss
- Liaise with customers in relation to feedback / concerns
- Oversee ordering for the venue
- Check in after hours arrivals if required
- General administration
- Other duties as required
- Previous management experience in a similar style venue
- Have or be able to obtain a WA Approved Managers License
- Hold a current drivers License
- Hold a current police clearance
- Be seeking a long term commitment

- Minimum 12 month commitment
