**Short Term General Manager-Regional Western Australia**

We have an incredible opportunity available for an experienced Short Term General Manager for this remote property located in regional Western Australia.

The role would suit an extensively experienced General Manager who is travelling and seeking a short term role at a great property.

Strong computer skills, knowledge of licensing requirements, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and knowledge of financial management are musts for the role.

The property offers a range of accommodation styles, restaurant and various outdoor activities. Gorgeous wildlife, national parks and lakes are on your doorstep to explore on your days off.

Start date: ASAP

Relief term:1-3 Months + possibility of permanent position

**Package**:
$125,000 salary (pro rata)

Free self-contained accommodation + utilities

No pets permitted onsite

**The role**:
Reporting directly to a Regional Manager, this General Manager role will be responsible for:

- Seeing to the day-to-day overall operations of the property
- Staff recruitment, performance management, employee training & on-boarding, and development of heads of departments
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience as well as providing a high level of customer service
- Financial management, operating the budget ensuring procurement, cost controls, and driving revenue is managed correctly
- Management and maintenance of assets within the property
- Liaising with local stakeholders including council, industry bodies and community groups

**In addition to this you will have the following skills, experience and attributes**:

- Experience in similar role/ venue, 5+ years holding a General Management position
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, PMS (reservations system), financial software, rostering software and POS
- Knowledge of licensing requirements and ability to maintain a safe working environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter and problem solving skills
- Ability to obtain a WA Approval Managers License
- Current driver's licence
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
