We are currently looking for a experienced Gardening Team Leader for the Cardinia Shire Within a supportive team environment, The Team Leader is responsible for caring for, maintaining and developing client sites and associated facilities, this includes gardening, mowing, landscaping and minor maintenance and repairs to external infrastructure while training and managing a small nit team of 2- 3

Programmed is looking for an experienced Gardening Team Leader to run a small team throughout the Cardinia shire to provide the highest level of customer service, gardening, maintenance, training and coaching.

**Must have**:

- Be able to obtain a suitable National Police Check
- Victorian Working with Children Check
- Had or be willing to have a Flu vaccination
- Had or be willing to have COVID-19 vaccinations
- A can-do attitude
- Proactive individual
- Ability to lift up to 20KG
- Previous Gardening/Houriculture exp ( qualification prefered but not essential)

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Pruning and hedging
- Weeding
- Raking and removal of leaves
- Application of pesticides and herbicides
- Use of petrol or battery powered equipment, such as push mowers, hedgers, blowers, brush cutters and chainsaws
- Maintenance of parks, gardens and commercial properties
- Completion of soft landscape tasks (mulching, basic irrigation repairs etc)
- Follow and understand routine maintenance schedules
- Completion or participation in daily pre-start checks and toolbox meetings
- Managing a small team
- Responsibility for planning and completion of jobs in the Cardina Shire
