Excellent Opportunity for a Field Supervisor - Permanent, full-time role, annual salary plus tool of trade vehicle - Continuous support throughout from a committed and friendly team **About the Role**: As a Field Supervisor, you will lead and support a team of nbn Technicians, ensuring the successful delivery of field-based installation and fault repairs. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards in health, safety, quality, and compliance while providing technical support and resolving complaints. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Safety Leadership**: Ensure all direct reports adhere to health and safety protocols. Conduct regular toolbox meetings to discuss HSE, quality, and performance. - **KPI Management**: Track and address KPIs related to safety, quality, vehicle audits, customer complaints, and job compliance. - **Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with key stakeholders through meetings and joint ride-ons to meet KPI and contractual obligations. - **Team Development**: Mentor, train, and coach field technicians, fostering a culture of safety and best practices.
