Support Worker - Community Access & Light Domestic Support

**Location**: East Perth, WA
**Employment type**: Casual/Part-Time

**About the role**
We’re seeking a reliable, respectful Support Worker to assist a vibrant NDIS participant in his 40s living in East Perth. You’ll provide safe transport using your own vehicle, community access, and light household support to promote independence and quality of life.

**What you’ll do**
- Community access: drives to appointments, shopping, social/recreational activities
- Light household support: tidying, laundry, simple meal prep
- Prompt and accurate shift notes and communication
- Person-centred, strengths-based engagement and clear professional boundaries

**Shifts & hours**
Flexible weekday and occasional weekend shifts (3-6 hours). Ongoing roster with room to grow.

**You must have**
- A driver's **licence** and a reliable, insured car
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Check (within 12 months)
- Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011/HLTAID009) or willingness to obtain
- Full working rights in Australia and a smartphone for notes/rosters
- Strong communication, reliability, and a warm, professional manner

**Great to have**
- Cert III (or higher) in Individual Support, Community Services or similar
- Experience with psychosocial disability/mental health supports

**Pay & benefits**
- Paid kilometres for client transport
- Supportive team and consistent shifts
