**About the role**

You will also be responsible for managing internal and external customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high standard of service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated laboratory team, contributing to critical health outcomes in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**About You**

You are a dependable and detail-oriented professional preferably with experience in pathology laboratory operations. You work well under pressure, contribute positively to team environments, and are committed to delivering high-quality, customer-focused service.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience handling customer enquiries professionally.
- Proficient in using computers, information systems, and databases within a laboratory context.
- Knowledge of pathology laboratory operations and a proven ability to identify and escalate issues appropriately.
