**Role Intro**:
This exciting opportunity offers you the platform to demonstrate your understanding of community programs, sponsorship strategy and event management. You will support the Community Engagement Manager with implementing a community engagement and sponsorship strategy to align all community related activities.

- Your ability to be a brand champion, producing and publishing content across multiple platforms.
- Your ability to engage and build relationships, online and in person, you're more than happy to speak to & in front of people.
- Demonstrated experience in event/project management, particularly in large scale events or activations.
- Understanding of ATL marketing, media and PR, digital and social media marketing, and experience or knowledge of working on creative campaigns
- Relevant experience or formal qualification in a field such as Marketing, Communications, Business

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Develop strategic community partnerships and agreements and associated leverage plans that implement the community engagement strategy and deliver on marketing objectives
- Develop, implement commercially orientated community engagement practices to ensure continuous improvement and competitive advantage
- Develop (in consultation with internal stakeholders) marketing, PR and social media strategies to drive awareness of sponsored properties and community activities
- Liaise with digital and marketing intelligence teams to report on results of community/sponsorship activity
- Undertake review and assessment of all community engagement activities, ensuring community partners provide detailed reporting on benefits and deliverables, and utilise this information to inform future activity
