Hi, I'm Michael Darby, founder and managing director of Quantum United. My passion is helping build & transform owners corporations, into thriving residential communities that residents are proud to call home. My connection with community was fostered and developed through many years in hospitality management working at golf resorts and ski resorts through Australia, Canada & Europe; both two key passions of mine.

In 2006 with a determination to innovate and raise the bar in community management around Australia, I founded Quantum United Management in my spare bedroom alongside my trusty sidekick 'Buddy'; a golden labrador. Quantum quickly built up and became a leader in owners corporation management and consulting, in particular of large scale complex projects. We currently have a team of 20.

**Who are you?**

In addition to having 2+ years' experience (ideally as an Assistant Client Manager or as an OC Administrator) or a similar role, would people describe you as...

If yes... we should speak

**The role?**
- Incoming & outgoing correspondence
- Incoming phone calls
- Liaison with owners / tenants / contractors / estate agents
- Processing supplier invoices
- Prepare and issue Owners Corporations Certificates
- Compliance auditing and reporting administration
- Client Website/App administration
- Office Administration including phones, filing, mail outs, key orders etc.
- Assist Client Managers with all business administration tasks such as AGM's,
- insurance claims & queries, meetings and various other tasks.
