**About the business**
Zurich’s AU & NZ business has three core segments Retail, Group Insurance, and General Insurance who have end-to end accountabilities to better serve their customers. They are enabled by Shared Services teams that have a large portfolio of responsibilities. Continuous Improvement forms part of the portfolio of the Chief of Technology & Strategy which includes Technology (IT), Sustainability, Agile & Continuous Improvement and Strategy & Strategic Execution.

As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will lead and support enterprise strategic initiatives that improve efficiency within our business to better serve our customers, partners, and each other. You will collaborate with teams and squads, using lean, agile, and customer centred design principles, to identify and implement process enhancements across the enterprise. You’ll provide training and support on continuous improvement tools and techniques, advocate the adoption of agile and lean ways of working, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
In addition, you will also help facilitate regular retrospectives and feedback session to gather insights and drive improvements in agile and continuous improvement practices.

- Proven experience in lean process improvement, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, with lean certifications favourable.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Demonstrated experience in customer centred and service design thinking.
- Innovative and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for driving organisational change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
