We are seeking passionate, polished, and dedicated **Section Waiters**to join our prestigious team at **Saké Restaurant & Bar** in Double Bay. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an award-winning dining experience in one of Sydney's most renowned establishments.

**Qualifications & Experience**

To excel in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in a premium dining environment as a Section Waiter
- A proven ability to deliver impeccable service, with attention to detail and a consistent sequence of service
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a refined sense of presentation
- A valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
- Basic proficiency in Japanese (preferred, but not essential)
- WSET Wine & Sake certification (highly desirable)
