At Remedy Healthcare, we are on a mission to deliver exceptional health outcomes through high-performing teams, innovative service models, and a deep commitment to real wellbeing. We’re looking for a dynamic **Head of Out of Hospital Operations**to lead our integrated health platform, supporting a broad portfolio of care across Hospital Care at Home, Rehabilitation at Home, Virtual Care, Reconditioning, and Chronic Disease programs.

This hybrid role **can be based in Sydney, Melbourne**or** Brisbane** with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home on a 12-month full-time fixed term contract.

**Your Impact**:
In this pivotal leadership role, you will:

- Lead and inspire a national team of clinical and non-clinical professionals
- Own end-to-end operational performance across the Out of Hospital (OOH) portfolio
- Drive clinical governance, service excellence, and workforce optimisation
- Foster innovation and implement change to deliver safe, efficient, and scalable care models
- Champion continuous improvement, best practice, and high-reliability standards
- Strengthen our referral pathways, triage and intake processes and digital care coordination

**Who you are**:
You’re a visionary healthcare leader with:

- 10+ years’ experience in senior management within health or community services
- Deep expertise in patient referral, triage/intake, care coordination and virtual care operations
- AHPRA Registration (Nursing or Allied Health)
- A proven track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Strong commercial, digital, and project delivery acumen
- Confidence in navigating complexity, transformation, and change
