No managing of people in this role, you will be the Payroll Specialist in every sense of the word, you will lead but not have to manage. Perhaps you have been in a similar senior Payroll capacity and want to shed the Manager responsibilities and fully focus on process improvements and making a tangible difference to the way the Payroll is run.
The communication and leadership skills are a given for success here and you will have those in abundance.
On top of all of this you will be joining a not-for-profit business that help so many people in the local community, you will have the flexibility to work from home and structure your week according to your own needs.
