**About us**
The Magistrates' Court of Victoria (MCV) is a jurisdiction within the Court Services Victoria statutory authority, and has a long history of providing justice for the people of Victoria in metropolitan and regional courts across the state.
The Court determines in excess of 300,000 cases per annum at 51 venues, equating to approximately 90 per cent of all cases that come before Victorian courts each year.
The Court aims to be an innovative, accessible and responsive court that provides quality services to the Victorian community.
**About the role**
The role of Registrar, County Court Listings (Circuit) is to manage the operations of the County Court within the region, to work within the team framework of the Region and to represent the Court in accordance with the Department's Corporate values.
**About you**
- As a Registrar of the County Court, perform all legal, administrative and quasi-judicial functions in the County Court Registry relating to both the day-to-day and ongoing operations of the Court, under limited direction of the Senior Registrar.
- Maintain and facilitate key relationships with internal and external stakeholders including the judiciary, legal profession, police, external organisations and agencies and other court users that interface with the Court to achieve local objectives.
- Perform all Magistrates' Court legal, administrative and quasi-judicial functions.
