**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 8 years of experience in product management, with experience in developing and launching successful products.
- Experience in designing products in transportation systems and maps.
- Experience monitoring data analysis and metrics, and building on past insights to form cohesive takeaways.
- Experience presenting narratives to executives.
- Experience working cross-functionally (e.g., Engineering, Product Management, UX, Analytics/Data Science, Data Operations, policy, legal).
- Ability to define and quantify business tradeoffs, in support of the team’s strategies.

As a Product Manager on the Geo Urban Mobility team, you will holistically own and execute a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for a portion of the end-to-end user journey of completing a trip in a city, from choosing where to go and how to get there, to arriving at the final destination. To do so, you will drive cross-functional alignment, collaboration, and execution amongst a broad and diverse set of teams, including Product Management, Engineering, User Experience Research and Design, Program Management, Data Operations, Product Marketing and Partnerships. You will focus primarily on Google Maps users, but you will also consider necessary development on products that support cities, transportation operators, developers, and other key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and holistically own a compelling product vision, strategy and roadmap for the urban mobility pre-trip planning experience in Google Maps.
- Drive cross-functional and cross-team alignment (within Geo Urban Mobility and across the broader Geo organization) to enable fast, high-quality execution of your roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with team members and partners across a range of Geo sites, including most closely in Singapore, Tokyo, Bangalore, Mountain View and New York.
- Co-own and contribute to the overall Geo Urban Mobility vision, strategy and roadmap.
