Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Business Partner to join the team at Compass Group Australia.

**THE POSITION**
- Lead the Commercial team to provide sound commercial decision support to Senior Operations and financial leadership teams
- End of month and management reporting
- Contractual compliance & reviews, commercial modelling and financial analysis of relevant portfolio
- Stakeholder management through provision of commercial guidance to Operational GM and leadership team to support decision making
- Liaise with external auditors and provide relevant business information
- Performance reporting and analysis

**THE PERSON**
- Commerce/Finance/Accounting degree qualified with a post degree qualification (CA/CPA)
- Relevant experience in a similar position including leading commercial teams within a medium to large organisation
- Sound technical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and successfully influence senior management
- Proven contract management and negotiation support
- Proven ability in providing senior operations leadership with advanced finance support and influencing outcomes based on well presented analytics
- Experience in Oracle accounting system and training in business improvement concepts (i.e. LEAN, Six Sigma etc) will be highly regarded
