**About the role**:
Reporting to the Pool Operations Coordinator, the Aquatic Technical Operator, will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our aquatic facilities. experienced in plant room administrative and practical management will assist SGAC in delivering safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming experiences for all members and guests.

**What do you need to be considered?**
- Aquatic Technical Operator experience
- Knowledge of relevant aquatic industry codes and regulation including RLSSA Guidelines for Safe Pool Operations and Lifeguard responsibilities
- Knowledge and understanding of swimming pool chemistry, sanitation, and filtration
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- Pool Plant/Aquatic Technical Operations Certificate
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- NSW Working with Children Check

Desirable:

- Broad Industry Experience
- Royal Life Saving Approved Workplace Supervisor
- Experience in using CRM platforms
