Role: Store Worker

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

The Store worker is responsible for warehouse compliance with company policies and procedures as well as receiving and distribution of goods, stock management and maintenance of the warehouse.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Receiving incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoice.
- Accurately pick stock, package and dispatch outgoing goods
- Maintain stock shelf organization, presentation and accurate stock reporting
- Compliance with operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standard of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Maintain stock control and stock take procedures
- Over the counter service to customers
- General housekeeping/cleaning of warehouse and facilities
- Assisting with deliveries where required
- Safe operation of forklift
- Any additional tasks as requested by Managing staff

A knowledge of Fasteners and consumables would be preferred, but not necessary.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smeaton Grange, NSW 2567: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
