Impressive Homes & Developments are looking for a **Junior **Administration Assistant to join our team at our office, based in Croydon South.

**About Us**:
Known as Melbourne’s preferred Master Builder. We have built multiple custom homes that are displayed in the Master Builder's feature articles, in property Real Estate.

Impressive Homes have won “Excellence in Housing Awards” for two consecutive years, and will continue to ensure that we continue to construct outstanding homes, alongside provide personable customer service for our clients.

**Duties include**:

- Provide General Administration support to our team within the organisation.
- Monitoring kitchen, office supplies and cleaning.
- Product research and obtaining quotes.
- Liaise with authorities such as Council, Services, and Utility Distributors.
- Confirming and preparing meetings, greeting clients on arrival.
- Other duties as required.

**Key skills required**:

- High levels of communication skills.
- Maintain high attention to detail.
- Strong computer (Microsoft Office), and organisational skills.
- Be reliable and have initiative.
- Ability to work both individually and as a team.
- Able to follow directions and have a willingness to learn.
- Current Victorian Drivers License and own vehicle.
- References available upon request.

You will gain a certification in Business qualification, and valuable experience whilst working.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $28,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
