**The Company**
'Truck Centre (WA) is WA's sole Mack, UD, Volvo and Hyundai Truck Specialist Dealership'. With 8 branches operating successfully state wide, we pride ourselves in taking on the prestigious responsibility of being the 'Single Largest Truck Transport Solution in WA.
**About the Role**
An excellent opportunity has become available for an Administrator who is interested in gaining experience in Human Resources and providing key administrative support to broader Corporate Support team. This role would be ideal for a strong administrator or HR graduate who has a minimum of 1 to 2 years administrative experience. This hands-on position will provide strong support to the HR and Corporate support team and requires someone with a 'can-do' attitude, is proactive and is willing to give any task a go.
Key Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the following:
- Managing the administration of TCWA Apprentice & Trainee program
- Coordination of TCWA work experience program
- Providing recruitment support from advertising through to the onboarding stage
- Prepare new employee documents and induction packs
- Conduct new employee inductions
- Management of employee training
- Provide administrative support to our Marketing, Training and OH&S Departments
- Assist with general employee queries and direct them to the appropriate department for support
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain personnel files to ensure they are accurate, complete and compliant
- Assist with projects that will enhance the HR presence within the company
- Assist with the coordination of HR events
- Assist with general administrative tasks including filing and data management
**About You**
This role requires someone who can adapt well to manual processes, is highly motivated, flexible with working hours and has a positive attitude.

- Previous experience in administration is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy with all HR related processes
- Ability to multi task and prioritise your daily responsibilities
- The ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- High level of emotional intelligence
