What You’ll Do
- Inspire and Empower - Coach, develop, and energise your team of 25-30 to be their best, every day.
- Own the Outcome - Deliver sales targets, drive operational excellence, and manage stock flow.
- Make Moments Matter - Create standout customer experiences through strong culture and service.
- Adapt and Excel - Stay agile as you navigate new brands, premium product ranges, and local trends.

What You Bring
- Hands-On Leadership: 2-3 years retail leadership, confidence in leading a team of 20-30, and with a passion for people and results.
- Operational Excellence: You’re process-driven, compliance-aware, and stock-savvy.
