**To be successful as our supplier coordinator;**:

- Ensure timely onboarding of all suppliers, streamlining the overall onboarding process for enhanced efficiency.
- Oversee the management and execution of supplier documentation, including the supplier bible, trading terms, packaging guidelines, and shipping manuals.
- Coordinate supplier compliance, respond to issues and concerns promptly, striving for full resolution within 48 hours of receipt.
- Ensure suppliers remain compliant with our standards and take proactive steps to encourage continual improvement.
- Purchase order tracking and documentation.
- Support the rollout of the Barcode Project (RFID, GS1, QR).
- Collaborate with Supplier, Supply Chain, Merch, and Social Responsibility Teams as needed.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in supplier coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with supplier compliance standards and regulations.
