We have a magnificent opportunity for a talented Online Trade & Strategy Manager (Apparel) to join our high performing and collaborative team on a fixed term 12-month basis.

Reporting to the Snr Online Trade & Strategy Manager, the Online Trade and Strategy Manager is responsible for profitably maximising online sales growth for our Apparel online business, through analysing customer and market trends, collaborating with merchandise and marketing.

A primary focus of this role will be to embed online and digital first thinking into the business, through enhancing how we work with the merchandising and marketing teams, transparency of strategic trade insight and influence
- ensuring our key stakeholders are planning with omni-channel in mind.

**What you’ll be doing**- Responsible for maximising sales growth for Apparel (Womens, Mens and Kids), by driving and converting customer demand- Define customer-centric sales and customer growth strategies that are scalable and forward looking.- Use customer insights and data to identify key growth opportunities & blockers at a macro level- Responsible for driving the ideation and planning of portfolio trade initiatives- Drive “trade” thinking, identifying and capitalising on all trade opportunities profitability- Identify and drives opportunity to improve basket economics and profitability of categories- Build and drive the Apparel specific Online Trade Plan, actively working with Marketing and Digital Engagement to support activations and trade initiatives.

**To be successful in this team you will have**:
- Degree in Ecommerce, Marketing, Media, Communications or related discipline- Articulate with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.- Strong business acumen, particularly in a sales-focused, customer-oriented or retail environment- Strong analytics and strategy development experience in retail, FMCG or major brands- Strong business acumen, particularly in a sales-focused, customer-oriented or retail environment.- Strong planning, organization, project management and time management skills- Ability to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.- Ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
