The primary objective of this position is to deliver the best possible customer experience by planning and aligning our customer requirements with our harvest, processing, and delivery capabilities, and completing all administrative tasks within allocated timeframes. Provide support to all other Supply Operations roles and the Customer Service team as required.

**Role accountabilities**
- Ensure all required harvest planning tasks are completed on time and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Monitor packing and order fulfilment throughout the day at PMC, NSW and WA
- Complete actuals Vs harvest plan each day (alternate times to PMC)
- Plan to weekly forecast
- Send out estimate of following evening’s harvest numbers.
- Employ strategic thinking to maximise use of fish, distribution channels, whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Prioritise all customer orders for following days’ production as required.
- Coordinate booking flight space for all shipments, update orders when confirmed, with airline details
- Complete and send through all appropriate Export Documentation as required.
- Liaise with appropriate personnel when issues with documentation, orders, deliveries, or invoices arise, and ensure they are corrected/dealt with in a timely manner.
- Track all Toll Priority shipments to ensure all TP orders are delivered within appropriate timeframes (Wed - Fri)
- Follow up on all late/short deliveries and damaged freight with appropriate carrier and communicate findings to Customer Service and Sales teams.
- Submit any customer transport claims/redirections to jira
- Coordinate re-booking delivery timeslots for all retail orders with freight carrier and Customer Service team.
- Provide forecasts for busy periods.
- Work closely with Logistics Manager to highlight recurring issues and escalate critical issues and information.
- Keep lead-times up to date for all carriers from all sites to all destinations.
- Retrieve PODs for JIRA
- Process day to day customer claims
- Provide support/back-up for all Supply Operations duties as required.
- Provide support/back-up for Customer Service team as required.
- Maintain and create procedural documentations covering all aspects relating to this position.
- Complete EOD as required.
- Provide day to day support in processing customer claims in JIRA
- Ensure all price changes/updates are lodged within Jira pricing, and approved per company guidelines
- Update pricing in SAP - including any sales orders already raised - as required.
- Check off pricing entered by Operations team as required.
- Follow Weekly Export Pricing Process
- Submit National price updates
- Ensure SAP Pricing data is up to date
- Monitor replies to National pricing updates in the shared Mailbox

Pay: $73,150.00 - $90,000.00 per year
