The **purpose of this role** is to provide timely and proactive administration assistance to our senior brokers. The role is pivotal in providing support to specialist brokers who provide client advisory services, placing & managing insurance programs.

**This role will include**:

- Supporting & assisting the team in day to day administration and broking tasks
- Preparing documents, including customised reports
- General administration duties
- Policy processing - new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, lapses, certificates of currency; claims data input
- Renewal invitation reminders to clients, debtor control
- Maintaining client databases and electronic files
- Intermediate user of excel, PowerPoint and adobe software programs
- Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures

**This is a great opportunity and to be considered**, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry plus:

- Tier 1 or Tier 2 insurance qualification is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong commitment to client service excellence
- The ability to work in a fast paced reactive environment where requirements quickly change
- Be adaptable to a dual management structure and workflow
