This full-service Accounting Firm on Sydney’s North Shore encompasses Business Services, Tax and Audit. The firm is close to public transport and all amenities. The firm is well established, reputable and social, as well as having a low staff turnover. In this role, you will be the first point of call for many clients.

**Duties within this role**:

- Being a go-to person for many clients
- PA to Partners
- Debtor follow up
- Maintenance of the client database
- Proposals and new client packs - onboarding of new clients
- Managing all electronic filing
- ATO liaison and lodgment of documents
- The firm uses APS and ATO Mate
- In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager
- Reception

**Skills and personal attributes**:

- You will enjoy communicating with clients and be able to build repour quickly with a diversity of clientele
- Must be professional, ethical and have exceptional communication
- You will have worked in an accounting firm previously, in a similar role
- Have excellent job stability and proven loyalty
- Excellent organisational skills
