**The Opportunity**
This role works closely with all areas of the domestic transport business to identify data driven opportunities to enable process optimisation and maximise technology usage and enable automation to add value to our customers and stakeholders to deliver the strategic business objectives.

**What you will be doing**:
- Identify, own and deliver continuous improvement initiatives through the system and/or process implementations.
- Manage data analysis, present insights and document processes to determine areas of opportunity and recommend actionable solutions. If required, plan and facilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders.
- Act as a change agent to enable teams to leverage technologies and continuous improvement techniques.
- Develop fundamental continuous improvement knowledge and training to the wider Operations team.
- Assess and agree on priorities as you will be engaged to deliver on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

**Experience (desirable)**:
- 2+ ye ars of supply chain, transport n etwork, process improvement an d/or systems knowledge advantageous
- Previous work experience in an analytical role, spreadsheeting tools including Excel and Google Sheets
- Interest in or proficiency with a programming/querying language
- Broad experience or understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, Theory of Constraints, etc.) and supply chain technologies (Blue Yonder TMS, Salesforce, Visibility systems, etc.)
