**About the School**: Shailer Park State High is a progressive high school with a focus on developing future ready learners. We have developed unique learning pathways for our senior vocational students that align to industry demands which include Trade, Technology, Health, Events and Business. We have developed strong links to our employers and have had huge success with linking our current and Year 13 students into exciting traineeships, apprenticeships and careers. Being our own RTO we have a wide range of certificate courses that support employer requirements, ensuring our students are work ready. We also have strong links with other RTOs and have excellent. MOUs in place to support the learning both in and out of school.

**About the Role**: We are looking for a dynamic Industry Liaison Coordinator that can continue to strengthen and develop what we have already in place. This person would be responsible for:

- RTO manager for 6 internal certificate courses, plus liaise with partnering RTOs
- Lead and support internal certificate teachers and career packages
- Industry connections and partnerships
- Career development
- Work experience that aligns to individual student needs
- Job readiness
- Year 13 communication
- Part of the Senior Performance Team (Senior Deputy, Dean of Studies, Industry Liaison Coordinator, Youth Support Coordinator)
- Promotion and social media relating to the above

When working in regulated employment an employee must have a current Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
