Our service provides the highest quality of care for children aged 6 weeks - 6 years of age, from the early years, right through to Kindergarten.

Child’s Play was developed with a goal to provide families with high-quality care for their children in their early years until they attend primary school. We are currently seeking a new Lead educator who will:

- Assess the needs of each child, monitor their journey and contribute to school readiness
- Ensure that a developmentally and educationally appropriate program is planned and implemented for each child
- Maintain a positive working relationship with fellow team members; Sustain effective communication with parents to support their child’s journey
- Build secure and trusting relationships with all children and parents
- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to at all times,
- Be a strong leader in educational practice and pedagogy.

You will be incredibly passionate and excited about providing high-quality programs and will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF and NQS. Experience in a similar position is highly desirable.

Applicants must also hold current qualifications in relevant ACECQA approved First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Training.
