Forming part of the wider InvoCare brand, Patch & Purr is a leading provider of pet cremation services in Australia with a national footprint.

Through our dedicated and caring team, we offer dignified farewells for much loved family pets through our best-practice cremation services and pet crematoriums.

**About the role**

The Client Care Coordinator is our key customer service role based at our South Windsor office.

Your duties:

- Coordinate and schedule pet aftercare bookings with both the public and vet clinics
- Assist clients who bring pets to our premises
- Prepare our viewing facilities for client visits
- Work closely with our Preparation, Crematorium and Area Manager teams to ensure we deliver on our promises, every time, every day
- Carry out accurate data entry and payment processing tasks
- Undertake general office administration duties as needed.

You will have the option to work either a Sunday to Wednesday roster or a Wednesday to Saturday roster. You can only work one roster for this position, it cannot change.

Option 1:

- Sunday 8am - 5pm
- Monday 9am - 5pm
- Tuesday 9am - 5pm
- Wednesday 9am - 5pm.

Option 2:

- Wednesday 9am - 5pm
- Thursday 9am - 5pm
- Friday 9am - 5pm
- Saturday 8am - 5pm.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A supportive and positive team member with a "can do" attitude
- Reliable, organised and flexible to meet the changing needs of the business
- Desire and ability to learn new skills and absorb knowledge quickly
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is essential)
- Physically fit as this role will require handling deceased pets from time to time
- Fully COVID vaccinated
