**WHAT WE NEED?**

Challenger is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and results driven full time Working Supervisor to join our team, overseeing our cleaning operation at a premier Aged Care Facility in Newstead. A knowledge of cleaning delivery services, preferably within an Aged Care environment, is a prerequisite. In this hands-on largely autonomous role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of safety, delivering exceptional cleaning services based on our award-winning standards and our client needs.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO?**
- Ensure all site cleaning activities are completed in accordance with company standards, schedules, timeframes and sanitary/infectious control practices.
- Coach, monitor and guide team members in operational requirements to maintain and adhere to stringent cleaning standards and WH&S requirements.
- Attend, manage and follow up on all complaint handling processes with team members and clients, in line with Challenger policies and procedures.
- Ensure the effective storage, usage and handling of chemicals is completed in accordance with MSDS and WHS requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Administrative duties including timesheets, leave approval and co-ordination, recording of incidents, conducting toolbox talks, QA reporting, stock ordering and delivery.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED?**

To be considered for this role, it’s expected that you’ll:

- Have proven experience in a similar role as a site cleaning supervisor, preferably within an aged care environment.
- Understanding and knowledge of coaching, mentoring and leading a team.
- Previous experience working in a role that requires a sense of urgency and quick response times.
- Proven experience working to a schedule, strict standards and tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of WHS obligations and safe work practices associated with manual handling, chemical handling and usage.
- Proven experience in juggling priorities and managing time.
