**The Role**:
The Retail Sales Assistant & Receptionist is the Nude Lucy Brand Ambassador and first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
The Receptionist is responsible for managing all stakeholder needs, whilst maintaining a clean and safe working office environment for all.
In addition, you will oversee the day to day management and running of our first retail outlet in Alexandria NSW, based at our head office.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
As Receptionist, you are responsible for the following duties & responsibilities:

- Running the Reception Desk
- Courier management
- Supporting with booking of corporate travel
- Maintenance of office environment, kitchen and stationary
- Supporting with coordination of events & functions
- Maintaining work health & safety
- Adhere to all company Standards, Policies and Procedures

As Retail Sales Assistant, you are responsible for the following duties & responsibilities:

- Day to day management of our outlet / shop front in Alexandria
- Manage Shop Floor & Back of House to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
- Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store and support creation of VM guides where required
- Support coordination of sample warehouse sales as required
- Customer service

**About you**:

- Proven experience in office environment
- Proven experience in a customer service environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- WHS- Fire Warden & First Aid Officer experience (desired)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
