We are working with a design innovation consultancy committed to working with companies to make a positive social impact. They have a small team of experienced designers who work closely with organizations to drive meaningful change and create innovative solutions that tackle the world's most pressing social issues.

You will be responsible for shaping & executing the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach to generate solutions that meet both the business requirements and customer needs. You will have strong research capability and can take a highly strategic approach to helping their client

**The role**
- You will be responsible for shaping & executing the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach to generate solutions that meet both the business requirements and customer needs.
- Hybrid approach (2 days in the office usually with Sydney & Melbourne offices)

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a service design leadership role
- Have the ability to shape the approach and implement HCD processes
- Project management is KEY here - someone who can get stuck in but also help lead on projects
- Be able to create customer journey maps to articulate and simplify complex information
