Our client is seeking to engage a Team Leader on a Permanent, Full Time position.

**CORE SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & CAPABILITIES REQUIRED**
- Demonstrated Experience and Success Required:

- Essential Demonstrable Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in case management
- High level of resilience
- Demonstrated success in high performance within a KPI driven environment.

Preferable Skills & Capabilities
- Local labour market knowledge (Industries, Employers; Occupations; Geographic)
- High level of computer literacy
- Detailed knowledge of local community and allied health services

Demonstrated Competencies
- Accountability - Taking ownership of actions, objectives and own performance; driving tasks or projects through to completion
- Collaboration - Proactively developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships to facilitate the achievement of work goals
- Quality Focus - Ensuring that all work performed is of a high standard

Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of factors which influence positive behavioural change (Trans-theoretical model of Change)
- Strong understanding of Strengths Based approaches to case management

Qualifications / Accreditations / Training
- Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
- Case managers, coaches, trainers, social workers and psychologists with applicable experience highly regarded
- Qualifications/Accreditations in case management, group assessment, group facilitations highly regarded
