
Teacher - Primary - Support and Inclusion - The Gap

As a specialist support (inclusion) teacher you will work within a Multi-Tiered System of Support advising and supporting differentiation, delivering intervention and case management.
In student support teams you will implement the elements of the Personalised Learning Framework:
- Consult and collaborate with the student and/or their parents, guardians or carers and external providers.
- Assess and identify the needs of the student
- Provide adjustments to the students to address their identified needs
- Monitor and review the impact of the adjustments provided
As a specialist support (inclusion) teacher you will work with school leaders and teachers to ensure the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) process is adhered to with fidelity.
As a specialist support (inclusion) teacher you will implement and document evidence of the following components in the StudentPlan (OneSchool):
- personalised learning
- individual curriculum plans
- part-time educational program
- health management
- support provisions
