**The Company**
Your new employer is a successful Australian business that have been in operation for over 50 years. They have been leading a niche market in providing the building & construction industry with a range of high-quality products and have continued to grow due to their strong market share & a loyal, stable and growing client base. Due to this growth and an appetite to promote internally, they are currently in the market for a Customer Service/Internal Sales Officer for their Brisbane operation. This is a permanent opportunity based conveniently between the Gold Coast and Brisbane with onsite parking and various perks and opportunities to progress your career.

**The Role**
Reporting to the Branch Manager your role will be fast paced and customer centric, responsibilities will include:

- Provide exceptional customer service to phone and face to face customers
- Data entry of Customer Orders, Invoices, Payments and Database Maintenance
- Prepare and action credits and stock returns
- Maintain showroom & stocking levels
- Administration tasks such as Banking & Filing
- Participate and attend sales meetings and training
- Assist in stock takes
- Complete any other ADHOC assignments as requested

**Preferred Experience**
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in similar role or trade environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Commitment, energy, drive, initiative and passion with a pleasant and willing to help attitude
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and meet set deadlines
- Developed computer system and administrative skills
- Ability to work autonomously or in a friendly team environment
- Have own Car and Current Drivers Licence
- WHS Awareness
