We are an established Bakery and Snack Food Manufacturer. Our Products are innovative and we are going through a significant growth phase.

We require services of a Baker with demonstrated experience in shelf stable bakery and/or snack food products.

Main responsibility will be production in a high volume environment of a wide range of products including cookies, muesli and various protein bars.

**About you**
- Commercial baking knowledge and experience.
- You will know how to weigh product, use various mixers and commercial ovens
- Correctly prepare ingredients according to specified formulas with a high level of accuracy and quality control
- Focus and drive to meet and exceed daily production schedules
- Have the ability to work in a team and under pressure - you MUST have a degree of fitness and strength as some lifting is required
- Previous experience in HACCP/GMP environment including record keeping

To be successful you will already have substantial relevant experience gained in a food/bakery manufacturing environment supported with relevant qualifications and understanding of food safety standards.

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour
