Bakers Delight Macquarie, North Ryde, NSW 2113 is a Bakers Delight franchisee dedicated to crafting artisanal baked goods with the finest ingredients and a passion for perfection. **Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and production of quality bakery products as per Bakers Delight recipes
- Prepare doughs and fillings according to recipes and production schedules.
- Bake a variety of breads with precision and attention to detail using different baking techniques.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure consistent quality.
- Maintaining a cleanliness of machines, tools and premises and abide by company policies and procedures in relation to WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) and Food Safety to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors
- Assist with inventory management, including ingredient ordering and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting with inquiries and fulfilling special orders.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of relevant full time or equivalent part time experience.
- AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV or another acceptable qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a qualification will be considered.
- Previous Bakers Delight experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Others:

- Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting
- Solid understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and adjust as needed to achieve desired results.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and skilled in all aspects of scratch-baking bakery production.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- A high level of personal hygiene.
- Full time work rights in Australia.
