Workplace Concierge

The Workplace Concierge is the first point of contact for guests and clients, the 'face' of the Geelong Office. They will coordinate, support and oversee the provision of all front of house operations; management of the concierge desk, client arrival, event meet & greet and be the first point of contact for daily operations in the office.

**Your Opportunity**
- Coordinate Concierge services to ensure all tasks & requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist the Workplace Manager in reviewing and implementing new procedures
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and seek feedback on services to continually improve services
- Manage daily reservations and room allocations
- Meet & greet clients and guests and provide a 5* hospitality service
- Assist with the provision of all AV equipment and set up for meetings and events
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace and ensure all meeting rooms are set per standards

**What we are looking for**:
To be successful in this position your experience is likely to include some or all of the following:

- Experience in hospitality or corporate concierge environment
- Experience delivering 5* customer service
- Demonstrated high level of written and spoken communication
- An experience of Audio Visual equipment is desireable
