We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to contribute to our busy Clients manufacturing operations located in Minto. As a vital member of our team, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring the production of high-quality parts according to specifications.

Hours are Monday
- Friday

**6am-2pm** with occasional overtime

**$38.53** per hour depending on experience

Forklift licence **$$$**

Responsibility
- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Interpret blueprints and work orders to determine the specifications of the parts to be manufactured.
- Load raw materials into the machine and secure them properly.
- Program machines using CNC programming
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines such as cleaning
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Document production and maintenance activities accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
- Willingness to undergo training on new machines and technologies as required.
