**Our Client**

A relative new-comer to the CBD market, our client has quickly cemented their place by taking the mantle of No. 1 in the marketplace. Given their geographic location, they are specialists in apartments (mainly high-end), which means the property that you get to manage is lux in fit-out and usually maintained to an exceptionally high standard by astute landlords / investors - making your job that much more enjoyable

**Duties**

Initially assinged just 50 properties while you find your footing - this is the ‘new properties’ portfolio, meaning you will usher in new managements recently secured by the business development team and see the portfolio grow gradually.

Day to day you will be responsible for:

- Managing communications with landlords and tenants
- Undertake in-going / routine / outgoing inspections
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance
- Ensure a mínimal arrears balance
- Undertake rent reviews and lease renewals
- General portfolio admin

**Specific requirements**

You will be provided as much support or autonomy as you need, but will require
- At least 6 months property management experience
- A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence
- Car and drivers license
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Experience using PropertyMe & InspectRE preferred (but not essential)
