- A part of the client facing Advisory team including the Front Office Support team, Investment Advisers and Associates.
- Working as part of the broader organisation of employees including:

- Support roles including Office Manager, Front of House and Reception, Executive Assistant.
- Operations team.
- Specialists within the Investment, Product and Services team.

Your Role

Team Lead
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new Associates
- Assist with setting up and maintaining procedures, Associate training and information sessions.
- Assist with identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and procedures for Associates.
- Assist National Associate Manager with allocating backup support to Advisers in the event of team leave (both planned and unplanned)

Client Advice Process & Risk Support
- Assist with first line risk activities such as, maintenance of risk and control registers and incident management
- Assist with documentation and maintenance of FO Operations (non-CAP) Manual
- Assist with the development and delivery of Associate and adviser training as it relates to process/CAP (including induction)
- Assist with FO remediation projects
- Maintain CAP documentation (templates, checklists)
- Assist with report generation & monitoring e.g. PRD risk profile changes, concentration risk, annual reviews, ad hoc advice reviews
- Managing Kaplan OnTrack platform; adding CPD points, creating learning activities, assessing content and allocating into relevant knowledge areas, end of year follow up and reporting to Risk & Compliance (temporary, to be allocated to HR)

Front Office Admin
- Help Build & maintain FO SharePoint, including approvals matrix, FO calendar and uploading content.
- Oversee onboarding of new Front Office staff including arranging introduction meetings with peers, members of IPS and key LGT Crestone staff.
- Scheduling Business Committee meetings and preparing papers/content for circulation to committee members.
- Minute FO meetings and follow up actions
- Support with FO meeting management, ad hoc admin, follow ups, Zoom meeting management
- Assisting with Adviser hiring process including scheduling interviews across multiple calendars.
- Organising FO Team off/on sites, include sourcing venue and activities and booking associated travel.
- Liaise with various associations (eg. SIAA) with regards to membership renewals and general administration.

Your skills & experience
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Associate/Adviser Assistant at LGT Crestone Wealth Management or similar wealth management firm
- Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Client experience an advantage

Your qualifications
- Desirable - degree qualified in Finance or related disciplines desirable.
- RG146 accreditation or equivalent an advantage
