We’re looking for a **Junior** **Pharmacy Assistant** to join our friendly and professional team at our independent community pharmacy in beautiful **Richmond, Tasmania**.

**About the Role**:
This is a customer-facing, entry-level role supporting the day-to-day retail operations of the pharmacy. You’ll assist customers with product enquiries and sales, maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, and support the pharmacist and team with a variety of general tasks.

It’s an excellent opportunity for someone reliable, approachable, and eager to learn and grow within the pharmacy industry. This role would suit a young person or school leaver who is looking for a rewarding career path.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver friendly, helpful customer service at the front counter
- Assist with product enquiries and over-the-counter sales
- Operate the till and process transactions
- Receive and unpack stock deliveries
- Restock shelves and maintain clean, organised displays
- Support dispensary and back-office tasks, under direction

**To be successful, you will have**:

- A friendly and professional attitude
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and personal presentation
- Previous customer service or retail experience (preferred but not essential)

Pharmacy experience is not required - training will be provided.
