We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.

**Role Overview**:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals in their homes and the community, assisting them to live as independently as possible and achieve their NDIS goals. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** 1:1 Support**: Provide individual assistance during shifts on Mondays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM;
- ** Group Support**: Assist in group settings with a 1:4 ratio on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM**_(Additional hours and days are likely to become available);_**:

- ** Community Access**: Support individuals to engage in community activities, fostering social inclusion.
- Empathetic and reliable, demonstrating compassion and dependability in all interactions;
- Proactive, taking initiative to meet the needs of those you support;
- Strong communicators, able to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members;
- Flexible and adaptable, open to learning and adjusting to varying support needs;
- Team-oriented, working collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for clients.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in both one-on-one and group support settings;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills;
- Flexibility to work varying shifts;
- A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
