**Your new role**
This Payroll Manager position will see you leading and nurturing a medium sized team, all whilst improving processes, having exposure to an upcoming system implementation/upgrade, BAU and managing the delivery of the payroll function.
Your duties will include;
- Lead, nurture, and mentor members of the team
- Regularly conduct data audits and identify areas of improvement
- Ensure governance and compliance practices are controlled and minimise
- Oversee the compliance of all payroll services with all relevant enterprise agreement, award provisions, taxation, superannuation, financial and accounting standards and other relevant legislative requirements.
- Undertake and conduct projects as they come available
- Maintaining the highest degree of quality with regards to policies and procedures
- Ensure the overall delivery of the payroll function
- Communicate with various stakeholders within the organisation both nationally, internationally & internally

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong people management experience
- Large scale payroll experience within a time in attendance environment
- Proven experience within payroll projects/implementation is desirable
- Strong proven ability to manage and lead a medium size team
- Outstanding communication skills between colleagues and third parties
- Experience within a high volume processing environment is desirable
- Strong understanding of complex EBA's and Awards, within a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage
